ChetanBhagat was known as Indian Author whose novels have got a great hit in the market. Chetan depicts stories in a vivid and humorous way which inspired reading habits in many Indians. He is also a columnist and writer for many leading newspapers. He addresses the development and national issues through his column writing. He is also a motivational speaker and has addressed many colleges, organizations and companies.  

Personal Life:

ChetanBhagat was the son of an Army man and his mother was a government employee. He did his schooling in Delhi at the Army Public School. Then he chose Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Then he signed up a management program at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was always recognized as an outgoing student of his batch.

Chetan was married to Anusha Suryanarayanan in 1998. Then he moved to Hong Kong along with his wife and worked there for eleven years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. Then he shifted to Mumbai and started writing. He is now leading a simple and happy life with his wife and twin sons (Ishaan and Shyam).
