Khiladi Akshay Kumar pulled over by NY cops!

It seems like stars need to prepare themselves for all kinds of sticky situations while traveling these days. Sources close to the actor revealed that Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar had to face the NYPD on his recent trip to New York! So what charge was the Khiladi booked under?

Reported by zoom, Khiladi Kumar was leaving a mall post a shopping spree when he was halted by an NYPD officer! When asked to pull over and confirm his identity, Akshay Kumar got a little worried. Much to actor's relief the reason for this pull over was that the officer was a huge fan of the star and wanted to play a prank on the biggest prankster of Bollywood! An admirer of Akhsay's perfect comic timing and wit, the officer knew exactly who he was and later requested him for a few pictures as well!

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar’s war on small screen?

A little birdie tells us that Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar got upset during the final episode of a TV dance reality show, when a dance group danced to the tunes of a song from Bollywood Celebrity Shah rukh Khan’s Chennai Express! Akki was on the show to promote his film, Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara (OUATIMD) and he lost his cool when SRK’s song was played. It irked the Khiladi to an extent that he blasted everyone on the sets.

This isn’t the first time that Akki and SRK have been pitted against each other. Earlier this year, Akshay and his OUATIMD team were royally snubbed at an IPL match, where they had gone for movie promotions. If rumors are to be believed, King Khan had specially told TV channels telecasting the match to focus on the match and not Akshay and his team.

Considering the earlier incident, we wonder if SRK had a role in his song being played on a show where Akki had gone for promoting OUATIMD. Done and gone, the fact is that SRK’s Chennai Express is way ahead of Akshay’s OUATIMD. So we think that Akki should’ve just sat back and enjoyed his rival’s music instead of creating a hullabaloo for nothing…

Deepika Padukone to don a bikini again?

The leggy lass Deepika Padukone might be seen in a bikini again in Dostana 2. Though the leading lady for the sequel is not yet finalized but it seems that if the film’s shooting begins on time then Bollywood Actresses Deepika Padukone will be in. And the hottie will have an entry scene in a bikini.

Sporting a bikini shouldn’t be a problem for Deepika, who was earlier seen in a red hot two piece in Cocktail and so bikinis in Houseful.

Apparently, Tarun Mansukhani‘s script has a scene where the boys are sitting around on a beach talking about Neha (Priyanka Chopra). The topic of conversation is said to be the swimsuit she wore in the previous film, but just then, Deepika’s character makes an entry wearing an even hotter swimsuit which according to the buzz will be designed by designer Manish Malhotra.

Horror Story first look: Is it horrifying enough?

After The Conjuring had people scared out of their wits, we wonder what reaction the audience will give to Vikram Bhatt’s Horror Story. We can’t say anything about the plot but the first poster is certainly scary! The poster has a ghost sitting on a swing with head turned down. The shabby torn clothes and dirty messy hair with a drab backdrop adds to the spookiness! 

Horror Story revolves around seven youngsters who challenge each other to spend the night in a hotel, which is rumoured to be haunted. Horror Story’s hotel has a past. It was built in place of an asylum which had been mysteriously burnt down. This past continues to haunt the hotel which doesn’t have a good business owing to numerous spooky incidents. Due to this, the hotel owner is financially ruined and he jumps to his death from the terrace of his hotel.

TV actor Karan Kundra makes his Bollywood debut with this film. Other Bollywood Celebrities who will go through the horrendous night in Horror Story include Ravish Desai, Hasan Zaidi, Nishant Malkani, Sheetal Singh, Aparna Bajpai, Radhika Menon and Nandini Vaid.

Sholay 3D to be set for release on Amtiabh Bachchan’s Birthday

Earlier there were reports that the 3D version of 1975 Bollywood classic Sholay will release on August 15, but the Bollywood Gossips says that the film will now release on October 11 which coincides on Amitabh Bachchan’s 71st birthday.

The movie, famous for the bond between characters Jai and Veeru, essayed by screen icons Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra, is still viewed as one of the best movies ever. The 1975 hit was directed by Ramesh Sippy, which also featured Hema Malini, who played Basanti and Amjad Khan, who essayed the role of villain Gabbar Singh.

According to a source, “The date was specifically chosen as it coincides with Bachchan’s big day. He is the biggest star we have today and what better day to release the film.”
